[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Spine label printing in the Web client?

Hi all,

What is the status of the spine label printing in the Web client?  I
know that it's missing from 2.12, but I'd like to know if that got
fixed for 3.0.  Also, is there a relevant launchpad bug?  I was unable
to find one, but I could have been using the incorrect search terms.
