[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen Community Bug Squashing Week: May 21-25

Hi Terran,

I wonder, if it would be possible again to provide sandbox localized to
Czech for the Bug Squashing Week for me. We are currently testing issues
concerning localization on our test server running Evergreen 3.1.1.
However, localized sandbox (if available) would be useful to make sure
that  test results are not twisted by our data or server settings.
