[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Launchpad tags

Hi all,

Apologies for the long delay -- I got caught up in the post-conference
madness!

I have added a ws-settings tag as well as an eg-grid tag (the latter
because I have filed a few eg-grid bugs in the last week or so!)
