[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Web team request for 3.5 beta1 files

Hi,

I have uploaded build files, changelogs, etc. to evergreen-ils.org for the
forthcoming Evergreen 3.5 Beta1 release.  I could use some assistance
updating the downloads page to include the new files.
