[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] skype and webex for training today

Hey folks, unless it causes problems for those who haven't done this
before, we'll be using Skype and WebEx for today's session (since it
works and is practical).

Skype is "free as in beer", cross-platform, and can be downloaded
here: http://www.skype.com/
Once registered, add me to your user list.  My skype username is "phasefx"

The weakest link is WebEx, which is supposed to be cross-platform, but
the specific package I'm using isn't, so it'll help if you use
Windows.  If need be, we can use VNC.

I'll share WebEx details once we start a Skype conference.  It's just
a URL that will work with either Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Give me a ping on skype if you're participating today, so I'll know
who to add to the conference.
