[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Training Availability

No opposition to the YouTube idea from me.
I also realized that I can manage any time after 1:00 CST on Tuesday
afternoons most of the time. With the exception of Thursday, I can
manage until 2:20 CST on Friday afternoons without a problem.
