Hey Deb, we'll come up with something for those who can't do Thursday
afternoons.  I haven't tackled the recording part (and might not have
time to do so), but that reminds me: I was planning on using WebEx for
simplicity, but their conference line isn't a toll-free number, and I
was wondering if that would cause problems for anyone?  As an
alternative, we could use some Voice-over-IP solution like Skype or
Google Talk, though I don't know how well those work for conferences.
It would probably be easier to record, but would take up more
bandwidth, which might also be a problem for folks.  What do you guys
think?
