[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] DIG proof of concept on EG wiki

Hi All,
The DIG proof of concept group has added a page to the EG wiki, linked from 
the task list on the main DIG page.  It includes links to source and output 
files and descriptions of file structure and of transform scenarios.   I'm 
sure we'll discuss it during Thursday's DIG meeting but here's a sneak peek:
