[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Documentation session pre-work: hierarchy ideas

Your groupings make sense to me. One group/hierarchy seems very
systems/software/IT related and the other focuses on how to use the software
to do library work. Just my thoughts. ;-)
