[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] DIG on DokuWiki

I've updated the DIG home page in DokuWiki. It's been renamed/moved to 
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs:dig.

Near the top you'll find links to Wednesday's DIG meeting info: agenda, 
meeting notes, webinar recording, and action items. (Unfortunately there 
was a technical glitch and we did not get the log of questions that people 
texted during the meeting--hopefully it will work next time!) There are 
links in the meeting notes to relevant portions of the slides we used.

I added a column for e-mail addresses for those of you who want to share 
yours. And upon Repke's good suggestion, I added a column for languages. 
(Repke: column title of "Languages other than English" made the header too 
long. Besides, I want Evergreen to be truly international, so I don't want 
to assume English primacy.)

I also reorganized the resources.
