[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] introducing myself; themes/skins?

Depending on your timeline, probably yes! We are a number of small independent libraries in Pennsylvania who've been using a consortial install of Millennium subsidized by the state and run by HSLC, a technology non-profit which contracts state services. Because of the huge slashes to library funding in the Pennsylvania budget, we've been told we're going to be transitioned to Evergreen by July 1st. We also need to merge all our circulation and cataloging policies so that we can become the initial core of a proposed statewide PA library system (a la Georgia or Indiana). So lots to learn and lots to decide as well!
