Robert,

Welcome aboard!  Given your experience with installation and configuration, maybe you'd like to start by working with Repke and Roma on documenting the technical side of things?  I believe their email addresses are on the list if you'd like to contact them, or maybe one of them will read this and contact you....

Thanks for pointing out that feature of OpenOffice.  It definitely sounds worth investigating further.
