[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Evergreen DIG Test Server Available

Steven, the wiki notes the admin login (consistent with other Evergreen
public sites). You can certainly make some logins on the system -- I
immediately set up Robert Patron (our dear old friend).
