[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Is there a convention for how to note that updates are needed in a wiki?

I'm searching for an answer in the documentation wiki and in the process
of RTFMing I discovered that a link is broken.  I don't have time to fix
it right now so I just added "Need new link" to the page and moved on.

Is there a convention already for handling this kind of thing in
wiki-world?

Does DIG want to recommend one otherwise?
