[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Your comments please on Outline addition: Third Party System Integration

Dear all

following up on a mid February discussion on this list [1] to extend  
the Outline with information aiming at Third Party Application  
developers,  I tentatively added  a new Part called "Third Party  
System Integration" + one Chapter titled "Integrating Evergreen Data  
in Third Party Applications" within it.

In a later stage some of the sections could become chapters of their  
own.

Unlike the Administration or Development part, this part of the  
Outline looks at Evergreen and  Evergreen data from the outside in  
and focusses on third party applications and their developers rather  
than Evergreen it self: these developers need to know how Evergreen  
exposes it stuff.

Any comments ?   And more importantly:  any takers for some of the  
sections ?
