[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Please Vote on Evergreen Documentation Licensing

If you haven't voted yet, don't forget, today's the last day to cast your vote on the proposals below regarding documentation licensing.  Thank you to everyone who has already voted.

And since I recently realized I haven't cast my own vote... I'll go ahead and do that.  I vote yes to all these proposals.  :)
