[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Convert 'Administrative functions in the booking module' to DocBook

I don't think anyone is working on the administrative side of the booking module yet. If you could convert it, that would be great.

Two documents by Sally Fortin about the booking module (new with 1.6.1) are posted at http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=booking

'Booking module user documentation' was already adapted and converted to DocBook for the DIG (see http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/1.6/draft/html/UsingtheBookingModule.html).  Is someone doing the same for 'Administrative functions in the booking module'?  If not I would like to convert it... please let me know if this is already underway elsewhere.
