[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] 2.1 documentation updates

Hi all,

I converted and added Kathy's holds documentation to the 2.1 documentation and repository. Thanks Kathy!
I added these to the circulation chapter.

I also added the documents which were contributed by Sally Fortin and Equinox. Thanks Sally and Equinox!

I also pulled in the reports documentation from 2.0 as suggested by Tim Spindler. Thanks Tim!


I updated the outline at: http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs_2.1:outline&#partcore_staff_tasks
to reflect what has been done.

Please continue to update the outline to specify which documents can be pulled from 2.0.

Hi all,

Attached is some documentation I've adapted for holds in 2.1 that I would
like to contribute to the 2.1 DIG repository. Most of the documentation is
based on documentation created for previous versions of Evergreen, but I
also added a section on holds notification methods that we found useful in
explaining questions like "why doesn't the phone number on a holds slip
match any number in the patron's record?"

I think the big change for holds in 2.1 is the addition of parts-level
holds. However, when reviewing the documentation this morning, I noticed
there are some other changes from the documentation created for 1.6 (e.g.
clearing shelf-expired holds, automatic retargeting after marking a pull
list item as missing.) I don't have access to a 2.0 system to see how much
of this was introduced in 2.0 and what is new in 2.1. Would anyone be
willing to run through these instructions on a 2.0 system to see how much
can be re-used for the 2.0 documentation page?
