Just an FYI in answer to a question that came up on the DIG list recently about whether Docuwiki participants had been notified of the CC-BY-SA licensing terms when they were adopted. The email below was sent on January 13, 2010 to the approximately 127 people with Docuwiki accounts at that time. The email forwarded to Docuwiki account holders was one originally sent to the Documentation, General, and Development lists. 5 emails were undeliverable, 5 people replied explicitly agreeing to the new terms, no one replied asking us not to use their material, and most did not reply. From the way the email was worded, a lack of reply was supposed to imply consent.
