[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] No 2.0.9 --> 2.0.10 upgrade instructions?

Am I missing something, or are there no 2.0.9 --> 2.0.10 upgrade instructions?  Is it safe to simply follow the 2.0.8 --> 2.0.9 instructions but substitute different version numbers where appropriate?
