[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Problems with 2.1 Serials Documentation

Hello,

I was reading through http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.1/html/serials_GPLS.html and discovered several cases where the version number is referenced, but is incomplete.

Example:  "Claiming serials is not available in . 0."

I'm sure that's supposed to be 2.0 or something like that.  There are several cases on this page that need correction.
