[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Resources for New Developers

Amy,

I'm still working on it.  I needed to take it offline so I could straighten
some things out but I'll have a cleaned up version to make publicly
available again soon (which people can continue to contribute to) and it
will include Koha and Evergreen features in one table.

Eventually I hope to host the Koha-Evergreen Feature listing within a more
flexible format to facilitate people using the info in a number of
different ways.  What format that will be continues to be elusive.
