[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Serials 2.2 Documenation

I have attached a zip file of what I hope is properly formatted Ascii docs
for the Serials documentation but I don't have an install of this to test.
 I retook some of the screen shots but have organized along the lines of
the proposed outline (
http://www.evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs_2.2:outline ).
 I changed a little bit of wording here and there to correct typos and add
some clarifications but largely it is the same copy that was used in
previous versions.  I walked through all of this on our install of 2.2
Alpha 2 and some of Indiana's test server and it still applies.
