[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] documentation for 2.4 development

Hi,

I've posted documentation for some of the new features in Evergreen version
2.4 on the Equinox website.  The documents are available as asciidoc files
and as blog posts.

Recently added documents include:

Best Hold Selection Sort Order
Org Unit Proximity Adjustments
Local Call Number in My Lists
MARC Import Remove Fields
Link Checker
OPAC Hiding in TPAC

and one new feature for version 2.5:

Integration of PV Supa Goodstuff
