[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Progress on reintegrating older missing docs

I have pulled the old Holds docs (with a few fixes) into master, 2.5 and 2.4.  Anyone who is familiar with holds, please look it over and let me know of any problems.

It may be a while before I can push more branches of old docs, but I will email the list with any progress.

Hi Remington,

I would find it useful. I think it would provide a good way for multiple people to review those docs rather than just putting it on one person.

Yes, I'm actively using git, but I think there are just a few of us who are doing so.
