[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Serials Summary Method

Tim (and docs gurus),

I have pushed a working branch with updated Serials documentation, including
definitions for these Summary Method options.  The "Add to" option will simply
display the two holding summaries next to each other (separated by a comma, I
think). For the other options, your understanding is correct.

Is there anything more I should do to help get this update into the Docs team
workflow?  Like add a launchpad pullrequest?
