[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] 2013 DIG hack-a-way preparation work

I think we need to meet at the 7th to make sure things are finalized for
the hackaway.  Maybe Yamil could do the AsciiDoc training session before or
after and make a half day of it?
