[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] DIG August meeting minutes

Hello,

I just wanted to share the meeting minutes and and IRC log for today's
meeting. There was a lot of discussion on what was accomplished with the
new documentation for EG 2.6. We also covered what DIG would like to
accomplish for EG 2.7.
