[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] config.cgi no longer exists, right?

The old config interface of config.cgi is mentioned in the 2.6 install instructions.  But that no longer exists, right?

"As the opensrf Linux account, generate the Web files needed by the staff client and catalogue and update the organization unit proximity (you need to do this the first time you start Evergreen, and after that each time you change the library hierarchy in config.cgi):"

Should be changed to "... each time you change the library org unit configuration."  Or something along those lines.
