[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Web client docs question: admin config information?

Hello,

BTW, there is one thing I am doing in my workflow to help me keep
track of what content I am including and what I am not. I am making a
copy of the file I want to update, like
"circulation_patron_records.txt", and naming it
"circulation_patron_records_web_client.txt" and saving it in the same
directory. That way I can quickly create a diff of the content I have
not included in the web client update. Having these two file available
side by side in the short term may help us keep track of what needs to
be updated or features that are missing in the web client.

Then again, I don't mind marking the content in a way to alert readers
of that features are missing.
