[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] New prioritized list of old/missing docs

Hi DIG,

As you become aware of old or missing sections of documentation, please add them to the wiki page linked below.  This list can include docs sections we left behind in the version 2.1 docs, or sections we want to borrow from "Evergreen In Action" or a consortium's own documentation (if we have permission).  Also, please help prioritize the list by adding your name after items that you think are important.

Looking forward, I think we should put 70-80% of our efforts toward documenting new features for the coming version, and the remainder of our efforts toward the top items on this old/missing docs list.  How do you all feel about that goal?
