[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Documentation & GUI in spanish

Yamil, thanks for your kind response. We would follow your advice on
suscribing the developers list in order to know a bit more on how to
collaborate in order to build a spanish version of the GUI and for the
documentation of Evergreen. Currently, in MX it doesnt seem to be a lot of
users of Evergreen, both librarians and developers around working on this
thread. So it may be a good chance for us.
