[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] IRC practice time on Thursday, March 27 at 2PM - all are welcome

I have classroom visits tomorrow, but should be nearly done by 2:00 p.m.  I
might be a little late, but will jump into IRC to shake hands and welcome
people around 2:30ish.
