[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] New documentation for Hard Due Dates

Hi DIG,

I just put together some quick instructions for creating hard due
dates in the staff client, and was wondering if you'd like to
incorporate it into the "Borrowing items: who, what, for how long"
section of the official docs.
