[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] JPG renamed to jpg patch

Josh,

Thanks again for this commit. I am working on OS X, and at first the
patch of your commit gave me issues because of the case insensitivity
of OS X. I used the Git config change to fix the issue...

 git config core.ignorecase false

I put your commit in both  master and 2.6, though I still need to move
commits to the new 2.7 branch.
