[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Barcode Completion Docs - Barcode formats

Looks like your "With Suffix" documentation needs "Padding at End -  
Checked" included. As you have it documented I believe the actual  
final barcode would be 000123book instead of the 123000book you show.

Otherwise I don't think there is anything else to point out right now.  
Or at least nothing is jumping out at me.
