[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] DIG Hack-a-way for 2.9 - September 10th

Hi all,

The next DIG hack-a-way will be all day this Thursday, September 10th.  
  The focus of the hack-a-way is to document new 2.9 features before  
the release of 2.9 later this September.
