[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] 2.9 OPAC improvement documentation

Please see the attached txt file. It has the mostly Asciidoc-formatted
documentation for http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/dev/_my_account.html, which
will integrates the previous content with the new 2.9 features of

   - Account Expiration Date in My Account
   <http://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/previews/RELEASE_NOTES_2_9_RC.html#_account_expiration_date_in_my_account>
   - Column sorting in circulation screens
   <http://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/previews/RELEASE_NOTES_2_9_RC.html#_column_sorting_in_circulation_screens>

Headers were kept within the .txt files to provide context for where the
edited/improved content should go.
