[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Evergreen 2.9.0 is out!

Hi DIG,

Evergreen 2.9.0 has been released!  Let's keep pushing to finish up documenting new 2.9 features.  The only significant feature left that I'm aware of is the Acq Blanket Orders feature, which already has pretty thorough release notes that can probably just be copied into the Acq docs.  Anyone want to claim it?

The rest of the to-do items look small, and some might not require any docs changes.  If you've already claimed something, thank you!  If not, please add your name to one thing on the list, take a few minutes to investigate, and try doing what you think is necessary to document it.
