[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Jane Sandberg can now push documentation to main EG Git repository

Hello,

I wanted to announce that Jane Sandberg has been given access to push
documentation commits to the main EG repo that also house the official
documentation. Jane has been helping a lot with documentation, and I think
this is a good time to give her this access. She also meets the
requirements of knowing AsciiDoc and has experience using the working Git
repo.

Here is the page that lists what DIG members have this git access and the
requirements.
