[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Need to change the September 1st DIG meeting time (or date)

Hello,

I again have a meeting at 2 PM EST that I can't get out of. Could we meet
at 1 PM on September 1st? I could also meet at 3:30 PM, if that work better
for some.

Alternatively I can create a doodle poll to find a new date/time. A final
alternative is to meet without me at the usual date/time.

P.S. Quick reminder that the DIG hackfest for 2.11 new features is Tuesday
September 6th.
