Thanks for your work on this, Lynn!

 

I have a few suggestions.

 

.         Can we make all questions optional?  I hate being forced to answer
questions on surveys, as there's usually some question I don't understand or
don't care about.

.         I find question #4 hard to understand, and a little hard to use.
Question #3 gives us plenty of feedback to work with, so I think we could
remove question #4. But if we keep it, I think we should rephrase it to
something like "Please rank your choices from the Question #3, with 1 being
your preferred source of help".

.         If we keep question #4, the choice "Evergreen's official online
documentation" should match the similar choice from #3, "Evergreen's
official training documentation" (not sure which is preferred; I'd probably
choose the "online" one).

.         In question #8, I think we should capitalize HTML (just like PDF
and EPUB).

 

Again, thanks for helping push this effort forward.

actual survey to the General, Documentation, and Developers listserv in the
morning.
