[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] DIG EG 2.11 Hackfest today(?)

Hello,

Today was the day we were planning on having the DIG 2.11 hackfest. My
apologies, since we were not able to meet last week many of you might not
be able to participate.

I can still participate, and this morning I was able to create the EG 2.11
"Documentation needs" wiki page.
