[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Web Client Print Templates

Thanks, Remington! That converted really cleanly. There are a couple of
PINES-specific references in there that ought to be stripped out (in the
Note block at the top and in the zip file at the bottom). I'm not sure if
it should go into 2.12 or 3 - either way is fine with me.
