[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] XUL vs Webby

Hi all,

As promised:

This goes through all of the client menu functions but not into details
about each particular interface.  As you all know, Circ & Cataloging have
been completely rewritten in Angular; Acquisitions, much of Local Admin,
and all of Server Admin are still in Dojo & look as they do in the XUL
client.

Please let me know if there's any corrections.  I hope this is helpful!
