[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] regular DIG meeting set, next DIG meeting set

Good day everyone,

After a week of polling, it looks like the day of the month that works the
best for the most people is still the first Thursday of each month.

With that in mind, the next DIG meeting shall be on
Thursday August 3rd at 2pm Eastern/11am Pacific.
