Hi Remington,

Thanks for reviewing this!  I was thinking that it'd be its own chapter between:
* 49. Call Number Prefixes and Suffixes
* 50. Circulation Limit Sets

in the 2.12 documentation: http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.12/
