[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Your assistance needed: review the reorganized documentation

Hi,

Along those same lines, I think the general staff client section - 
Logging in, using the browser, etc. - could be incorporated in each 
section. I'm reviewing those sections now to ensure they are up to date 
and no longer contain any xul client information. I can add this item to 
the wiki when I'm done.
