[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Send me DIG accomplishments for 2018

Fleshing out Remington's DIG-as-gateway idea, my personal experience is
that DIG and creating docs has given me an easy (easier) and relatively
safe (i.e. not gonna blow up the software) way to learn about git, github,
and the whole process that surrounds adding docs & code to Evergreen.
Concepts like branching, commits, pullrequests, diffs, merging, etc. are
all part of the Documentation process -- but are also part of the code
creation process. So involvement in Documentation gives a nice
introduction to that process for people who come from a non-software
background.
