[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Error Message on 3.2. Staff Client Admin doc

Hi all,

I noticed the staff client admin doc for 3.2 is currently giving a 403  
Forbidden error message for the html. I checked the other 3.2 docs and  
they're all fine.  Could someone with the needed knowledge/access take  
a look?
